(1) uninstall the plugin iCloud (what version you have) the uninstall may fail but if so don't worry as step 3 below overlays some iCloud plugin version you have installed I finally got things to work on three of my computers - which are on the latest version of Windows 10. I was pulling my hair re the incompatibility of iCloud and Outlook of Office 365 2016. Have reinstalled icloud a lot of time and know that the add-in does not show up in OUTLOOK. Updated windows 10 and know icloud will not work. When I first installed the new 5.1 icloud, OUTLOOK 2016 worked well. You cannot use outlook native a virtual plugin. You must capture Outlook with Hat plugin. If you want that the addin there for your customers. IF you can not really do the CAP with an addin. I built a standard package using Thinapp and it installed ok on a vdi cleint test but the add-in is not showing\working. I would appreciate it if possible if anyone can give me some guidance\help on how to go about maniplating the package to try to get this working. The add-in is called Reminder Manager (incase anyone has come across this already) and offers additional functionality for calendars. I'm totally new Vmview and Thinapp but need to offer a selection of users access to an add-in for Outlook 2010.
